Brief & site visit
We walk the venue, record the technical constraints (access, height, power) and scope your need.

Design & quote
Ground plan, 3D preview where useful, and an itemised quote within 24 hours.

Rigging & testing
Our crews build the night before or same day, calibrate the screens and test everything before doors.

Show call & load-out
An operator stays on site for the whole event, then we strike and leave the venue as we found it.
