The technical answers you are looking for
For a straightforward technical package (screen, sound, lighting), two to three weeks is enough. For a full production with scenography, allow six to twelve weeks: it is not our crews that take the time, it is the site visit, the permits and the manufacture of custom elements. In an emergency, call us — we can sometimes move a great deal faster.
No. Site visits and quotes are free and without obligation, anywhere in Morocco. You receive an itemised costing within 24 working hours — not a lump sum you cannot break down.
On four variables: the equipment committed, the number of technicians, how long the gear is tied up (build + event + load-out) and distance. That is why the same screen costs less in Casablanca than in Essaouira, and less over three days than over one.
No, and that is a structural choice. We own the inventory and the technicians are on staff. It lets us guarantee the condition of the gear, hold build deadlines and send a backup within the hour if needed. We only hire in for exceptional configurations, and we tell you when we do.
It depends entirely on the setup: a 50 m² LED wall draws around 12 kW at peak, a full lighting plot can reach 30 kW. We measure the exact need during the site visit and tell you plainly whether the venue's supply is enough or a generator is required — which we can provide.
Our outdoor structures are calculated for the site's normal conditions. Above a wind threshold agreed with you in advance, we apply a take-down protocol — covering or partial dismantling. It is planned and written into the quote, precisely so nobody has to decide under pressure.
Yes. We carry professional liability insurance and equipment cover. Certificates are provided on request, and as standard for institutional events and venues that require them.
Yes, always as soon as there is controlled equipment (LED, lighting, sound). It is not an optional extra: a setup without an operator is a setup you cannot recover if something goes wrong.
Yes. Our trucks and crews travel to every city in the country. Travel costs and, beyond 300 km, crew accommodation appear as a separate line in the quote — never folded into the price.
You can supply it (we give you the exact pixel dimensions and accepted formats), or hand the content design to us. Either way, everything is tested on the actual screen before doors open — a file that looks right on a laptop does not always look right on an LED wall.
