Purpose
These general terms govern the event production services, technical equipment rental and associated services provided by Head Pro Agency to its business and private clients in Morocco.
Quotes and booking
All quotes are free and valid for 30 days. A booking is confirmed only on receipt of the signed quote together with the deposit. Equipment is held in our schedule only once both conditions are met: an unreturned quote reserves no date.
Deposit and payment
A 40% deposit is due on booking, with the balance payable no later than the day of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is made by bank transfer or cheque.
Cancellation
Any cancellation must be notified in writing. More than 30 days before delivery, 50% of the deposit is refunded. Between 30 and 15 days, the deposit is retained. Less than 15 days before, the full amount is due, as equipment and crews are committed.
Site visits and technical information
The client undertakes to provide accurate information about the venue (access, dimensions, available power, rigging points) and to facilitate the site visit. Any substantial change to the site or the requirement after signature may give rise to an addendum.
Site access and build hours
The client guarantees access to the site at the agreed dates and times for build, operation and load-out. Any access delay attributable to the client or the venue that may compromise delivery cannot engage our liability.
Weather conditions
For outdoor work, a wind threshold and a take-down protocol are agreed with the client in the quote. Head Pro Agency reserves the right, on safety grounds, to take down all or part of an installation once that threshold is reached, without this giving rise to compensation.
Equipment and liability
Equipment remains the property of Head Pro Agency throughout the engagement. The client is responsible for damage caused by their guests or their own suppliers. We carry professional liability insurance and equipment cover; certificates are provided on request.
Image rights
Unless the client objects in writing, Head Pro Agency reserves the right to photograph its own technical installations for commercial reference. No photograph identifying guests will be published without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute not settled amicably falls within the jurisdiction of the Casablanca courts.
