A successful conference is one where nobody notices the technical side. We equip your seminars, congresses and general meetings end to end: stage and lectern, LED screen or projection, sound and microphones, simultaneous interpretation, multicamera capture and live streaming.
Listening comfort before spectacle
At a seminar the priority is not the spectacular: it is that every attendee hears clearly, everywhere in the room, for eight hours. That means even coverage, mics that do not drop, and a level that does not tire people out. Effects come afterwards, for the highlights of the programme.
Multilingual — a Moroccan specificity
Many of our clients work in French, Arabic and English within the same day. We then install standards-compliant interpretation booths, infrared receivers handed out at registration, and a dedicated feed for the interpreters. Coordination with the interpreting team happens upfront, not on the morning.
Hybrid and re-use
Multicamera capture serves two purposes: streaming live to remote attendees, and producing a clean recording you can re-use. We deliver the rushes and, on request, a short edit of the highlights.
Frequently asked questions about this service
Yes. We handle capture, vision mixing and streaming to Teams, Zoom, YouTube or a dedicated platform, with the remote chat fed back into the room if you want it.
We supply the interpretation hardware (booths, consoles, receivers) and work with partner interpreting agencies if you do not have your own.
Ideally the day before, so sound checks and speaker rehearsals can happen in the morning. On smaller setups a same-morning build is still possible.
Yes: printed backdrop, lectern dressing, and video content on the LED screen in your brand's colours. We work from your vector files.
