Who we are
The site headpro.ma is published by Head Pro Agency, an event production company based in Casablanca, Morocco. We are the controller of personal data collected on this site, in accordance with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
What data do we collect?
Only the data you voluntarily send us through our contact and quote request forms: name, email address, phone number, company, city and details of your event project. No data is collected without your knowledge and no advertising profile is built.
Why this data?
Your data is used exclusively to handle your request: to get back to you, prepare your quote and organise the production of your event. It is not used for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
How long is it kept?
Data linked to a quote request is kept for 24 months after the last contact, then deleted. Data linked to a delivered event is kept for the legal retention period applicable to commercial records.
Who is it shared with?
Nobody. Your data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is accessible only to our team and, technically, to our hosting provider.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Your browser's local storage only holds your theme preference (light or dark) and a session flag for the loading screen. None of that information leaves your device.
Anti-spam protection
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a verification service that sets no advertising cookie and builds no user profile. When you submit a form, your IP address is passed to Cloudflare for the sole purpose of that verification.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data. To exercise it, write to us at contact@headpro.ma: we reply within 30 days.
