A product launch only gets one chance to land. We build the whole setup — scenography, reveal mechanic, LED wall, lighting, hosting — and we run it for the full duration of the operation, in a shopping mall, a showroom or on an event site.
The reveal gets rehearsed
Drape drop, kabuki effect, an LED wall opening, mapping onto the product: whatever the mechanic, it is rehearsed several times before doors. A reveal that fires a second late against the music loses all its effect — and you do not get to run it again.
Running it, not just installing it
A shopping-mall setup lives for six to eight weeks. Someone has to switch it on every morning, swap a failed panel the same day, restock the giveaways and report incidents. We cover that daily operation, not just the initial build.
A roadshow multiplies everything, including risk
On a roadshow every site has its own constraints: different ceiling height, access through a narrow goods lift, limited power. We design the setup to the lowest common denominator across sites, which avoids improvised adaptations by the third city.
