Full event production

One contract, one point of contact: design, technical, logistics and show call from A to Z.

Full event production

When an event needs a stage, a screen, lighting, sound, décor and a crew of twenty, the real difficulty stops being technical: it becomes coordination. Full production gives you a single project manager who runs the whole thing, from the first site visit to the last truck leaving.

One accountable party, not six suppliers

When the stage, sound, lighting and décor come from four different companies, nobody is accountable for the whole — and the interfaces are exactly where problems appear. Under full production we carry the overall responsibility: if something is missing, that is our problem, not yours.

The build schedule is the real deliverable

Before the day you receive an hour-by-hour schedule: truck arrivals, build order, sound check window, rehearsals, doors, load-out. That document becomes the common reference for everyone involved, including your own people and the venue's.

Safety is prepared upfront

Structural load calculations, flame-retardancy certificates, insurance, evacuation plan, coordination with civil protection where the site requires it: we assemble the file and take it to the authorities. It is invisible work, and it is what makes an event actually happen.

Frequently asked questions about this service

Yes: load calculations, M1 certificates, insurance and coordination with local authorities and civil protection where the site requires it.

Six to twelve weeks for a large-scale event. We can work faster, but site visits and permits are the items that do not compress.
